I was hopeful the clouds would pass as we drove up to the winery. Summers in Virginia, like most places I&#8217;m sure, are unpredictable and change at a moments notice. We ran inside to say hi to Catie. As per usual with Catie, she was as happy as could be. She constantly exudes gratitude and excitement and it is literally a joy to be around her. She has an incredible fashion sense and no detail was missed for this day. Cam arrived a little bit later with the guys. Catie gifted her soon to be husband with a watch and a journal she had kept for 100 days leading up to their wedding date. It&#8217;s always fun to see gifts on a wedding day. It always makes for authentic emotion in photographs.<\/p>\n<p>It was so much fun spending the day with them. I seriously don&#8217;t know how I attract the funniest couples, but I do, and I love it. In the reception hall Catie and Cam&#8217;s sweetheart table was the center piece &#8211; a piece that Cam made himself. How amazing is that. I remember talking to them a bit about Cam&#8217;s woodwork at their engagement session. This table though, it was amazing. The rain finally did clear just before the sun fell over the horizon of the trees and we were able to get some of them outside of the winery. It was perfect. They ended their night dancing with family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>I am so happy to know them. I adore them. Catie and Cam &#8211; thank YOU for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day.
